-We will look at the story the "The Lion and the Mouse".
-You will have to create your own version of the story based on the information you get from the pictures.
-Write down your ideas about the story on the whiteboard you were given.
- Practice your story by sharing it with your shoulder partner.

Time to Apply: Reader's Theater
I will pass out some fables and with a group of three or four you will have to decide the meaning of the Aesop's Fable.
You will then, act out the fable for us and let the class try to guess the meaning of the story.
